Just broke a nail. Gotta hate that!
Anyways, today is my mom's 71st birthday! Here are 10 things that make (made) my mom so great to me:
1. She was always my friend.
2. She took great care of me whenever I got sick.
3. She indulged me in my clothing and shoe fetish.
4. She taught me to read and love to do it.
5. She let me read insead of teaching me to cook.
6. She let me have all the classes (ballet, gymnastics, flute, baton, etc)
7. She taught me how to drive a stick shift.
8. She taught me how to sew.(But still sewed my wedding dress for me)
9. We could laugh together and at each other like nobody's business.
10. She had me!
I could go on, but these are the first 10 that came to mind.

How nice!!
I don't remember your mom ever wearing a pony tail.
She never did, her hair never grew long enough. Her hair is the longest it's ever been in her life. Some pill she takes for the Alzheimer's makes her hair and nails grow.
And she was a great camp director and a fun leader. She knew how to take a prank. She let us use her oven to make dangerous brownies. She laughed when we laughed. She is loved
