Late Update
Our Internet was down all last week, finally got fixed on Friday, But I have been SUPER busy, and today is the first day I've had a chance to sit and blog.
So, our life is full of baseball, Baseball, BASEBALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Monday evenings were are at the park from about 5pm to about 9:30 pm. I am team mom for Louie Blue's team (help out in the dugout making sure the kids are ready to bat when it's their turn, get the catchers gear on when it's their turn, etc). And just this weekend I took on the team mom roll for Mr. Butler's team because the original team mom and her son moved up a division, leaving us team mom-less. We then have Tuesday to catch our breath, and spend Wednesday evening from about 6:30 - 9:30 at the field. Then we have Thursday and Friday off, and spend Saturday at the park AGAIN from about 10:00 to about 4:30. Crazy. This past weekend we had to be there on Sunday as well for pictures and a make-up game.
On Saturday the 24th, Louie Blue had a great game, had 3 good hits, they tied the game, and she got game ball. Mr. Butler had his first hit of the season this past Saturday, and his one hit meant the win, so he got game ball. They were both so happy.
Last night, Louie Blue's team pretty much killed the Yankees (17-1), but Mr. Butler's team lost.
Woody got a job again at Wild Island. This will be his 4th year working there. I have to take off work early tomorrow to take him out there to fill out his paperwork and get his schedule.
Kirby is in heat. Sure wish we had the $ to get all 3 of them fixed.
SYFL cheer is starting up. Had a coaches meeting over the weekend, and yeah, my crazy, busy, tiring life is just going to continue. I will have about 3 weeks to catch my breath the end of June, first part of July, then it's crazy busy again until November after cheer competition. I'm looking forward to it, however. Hey, maybe being so busy will keep me out of trouble, right?
J is right up there at the fields with us and is just as busy as the rest of us. Tonight he is at taxidermy hopefully finishing up an antelope for a friend.
I have pictures to upload, but I'm going to take advantage of an early bed time, and I have to make dip for my Cinco de Mayo party at work tomorrow.
So, TTFN friends!
